Usually after doing that multiple times it works but I've done it 5-6 times and I still can't download an image. Usually to fix these issues I end up having to constantly end all the opera gx tasks in task manager and/or process hacker and relaunching it with admin privileges. Running the application as admin doesn't work either. Of course I have none of these issues with Google or Firefox.

I did the manual download of the online installer and when I ran it the small window with the animated progress bar opened and remained on the screen at least another hour before I closed it with Task Manager.
